The new, design-loving, Spanish owners want more oases of peace in a special design. All the islands are laid out in organic shapes. The construction time was 3 months. Spanish designer pole lights were made and Spanish seating furniture was ordered. The result was satisfying: the dreary shopping mall has been transformed into a luxurious, relaxed place that invites people to linger. When the Spanish investor Irus heard that there is waste separation in Germany, the planning was immediately changed. 30 styled waste separation stations had to be fabricated and set up. The special feature here was the construction in existing buildings. As there were up to 50,000 visitors each week, each island was cordoned off and guarded separately.
