Owing to the extreme lack of building space, the construction time for the administration of insurance company Aachen Münchener Versicherung/Generali Versicherung took two years instead of one year as planned. The architects sought the highest quality standards for the concrete and the execution of the details. The stair treads and landings are 100% custom-made. The special feature of this property was inner-city building within an existing building.
